How Holi works, and what we measure.
Holi closes one loop: what you learn becomes who you place. This page sets out each step, the number it moves, and the claims we refuse to make. If a figure is not on this page, we have not measured it yet.

Five steps, one surface.

Capture
You give Holi a source: an article, a post, a forwarded newsletter, a note from a call. Holi reads it, extracts the signal, and files it against the people and companies in your niche.

Boundaries
What we do not claim.
- No placement guarantees. Holi changes how fast you act on a signal, not whether a client signs.
- No benchmark statistics we have not collected ourselves. Where a number appears, it carries a sample size and a date, or it does not appear.
- No automated sending, no auto-connect, no scraped private data. Holi works on the material you hand it.
- No claim to replace judgement. Holi is a partner to a specialist recruiter, and the recruiter decides.

Does Holi send messages on your behalf?
No. Holi drafts, you approve and send. Nothing leaves your inbox without a human reading it first.
Where does the context come from?
Only from material you give Holi: a link you paste, a newsletter you forward, a note from a call, a screenshot from your week. Holi does not scrape private profiles or buy contact lists.
How is a draft grounded?
Every claim in a draft carries a visible source line back to the captured material it came from. If a sentence has no source, it does not ship.
What does Holi measure?
Signals captured, drafts approved without edits, replies, and the time between capturing a signal and acting on it. Those are the four numbers the learning loop moves.
What does Holi deliberately not claim?
No placement guarantees, no benchmark statistics we have not collected ourselves, no automated sending, and no claim to replace a recruiter's judgement.
