What Holi captures

Holi captures the sources you give it: pasted URLs, dropped screenshots, forwarded emails, typed notes, and the contacts you reference. Holi also captures the corrections you make to its drafts, because corrections are how Holi learns to sound like you.

Where Holi stores it

Your data is stored in your own tenant inside Holi's managed cloud infrastructure. Encryption is on at rest and in transit. Access is limited to systems acting on your behalf and the small group of Holi engineers needed to keep the service running.

What Holi does not do

Holi does not use your content to train cross-tenant models. Your captures, your contacts, and your corrections stay yours. We do not sell data. We do not share data with third parties for advertising. We do not enrich your contacts with profiles you did not provide.

Public posting

When you publish a draft Holi generated, the source line travels with the text. This is by design. Fabricated quotes and laundered authorship are not acceptable here.

Your rights

You can export everything Holi has stored on your behalf at any time. You can delete individual captures, contacts, or drafts. You can delete your account, which removes all your data from active systems within thirty days and from backups within ninety days.
