Using Holi
Holi is a partner for specialist recruiters. You agree to use it for legitimate recruitment and market-intelligence work. You agree not to use Holi to harass, mislead, or impersonate anyone.
Your content
You own the content you bring into Holi: captures, contacts, corrections, drafts. Holi receives a limited license to process that content for the sole purpose of running the service for you.
Attribution
Outputs Holi generates carry a visible source line. You agree not to strip or alter source attribution before publishing.
Acceptable use
No scraping at a scale that violates a source's terms. No bulk unsolicited messaging that breaches local anti-spam law. No use of Holi to generate or distribute material that would be defamatory, harassing, or unlawful.
Service availability
We aim for high availability and will publish material incidents. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Termination
You can end your subscription at any time. We can suspend an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.
